I'm Dead Actually - The Magic Landlord

First person shooter where you play a land-lord in a fantasy land populated with ungrateful tenants. As you collect your rent, you discover that a rival land-lord has moved into the area, buying up all of the mushroom castles, gingerbread houses and flavoured condominiums. You have to try and expand your interests while seeing to your tenants needs. Looking after your tenants sees you going on strange adventures into blocked toilets, behind damp patches on the wall and fighting large slugs that seem to have taken over the kitchen.
As customer loyalty spreads (represented by a coloured meter in the top right corner of the screen) you will earn more money which you can use to but more property or simply improve the houses that you already have. You can even start employing your little brother to collect rent so that you can spend your time on the bigger aspects of the game. Eventually, you will meet your Land-lord foe in battle in a winner-takes-all match. You can use your customer loyalty to power your special moves that will hopefully result in victory. However, once your customer loyalty vanishes it is game over. "I'm Dead Actually."
