Machine: Sega Dreamcast

Genre: Rhythm

Fun has never been more exhausting, then again fun has never been more fun. Shake you maracas in time with the music, what could be simpler? Hang on a minute did you say maracas? Yes, to play Samba you need a pair (or two pairs) of special maracas which have motion sensors in them. Once you've got them plugged into your Dreamcast you're ready to start shaking. Score points by shaking the maracas as instructed by the flying blue and red balls. Do it all in time with the samba tunes provided by Reel Big Fish, Ricky Martin, Chumbawumba and more! Try to ignore the dancing monkey he'll put you off.

By this time you are probably wondering what I am going on about but trust me it'll all click into place when you play the game.

This is the most pure fun you'll ever have on a console (or possibly ever)! But please don't think you can play it with the ordinary controller, you can but it's probably the worst fun you'll ever have; the game is the maracas, get them NOW.

Play it in two player mode with two sets of maracas for the ultimate experience.

ebay - You'll pay a lot for a set of original Sega maracas, they were over £100 to start with and only 1000 were brought to the UK but you can get third party maracas which are just as good. Or you could wait for the Wii version.
