Samus is one tough lady. I think if they wanted someone to play her in a film they'd have to choose someone like Pam Grier (when she was about 25). Or maybe Natalie Portman if she promised to eat properly. Jennifer Lopez would probably want the role, but there's no way she's fitting into Samus' armour without having to radically redesign the... seat... area.

And anyway, Samus is one tough lady. With beautiful eyes:
